Who were the prophets, when did they live, and why do we read their selected words in the Haftorah every Shabbat morning? This three part class on three consecutive Monday nights will answer these questions and more, and suggest others for ongoing exploration!
We'll look at selected sections from the Book of Prophets, gain a better understanding of the purpose and messages of the prophets, and learn about them as individuals. No Hebrew knowledge is required for this class.
